I was looking in the internet and found many sites that shows you how to hypnotize people.I wasn,t acually sure about that,so can
someone tell me how to hypnotize a person or some links that can help me?

Hypnosis is a little bit overhyped. It’s not that much of a big deal. People usually confuse it with "stage hypnosis". Stage hypnosis can be done to only a few people. The other type of hypnosis can have powerful effects on people, but it’s not such a big deal.

It’s mostly about self-hypnosis, but it will probably clarify a few things about regular hypnosis as well.

My cousin just dropped off a few audio books & self-hypnosis(thing) he says I should try them out. I’m willing to get them a try but I believe that if a person it gonna change & better themselves that have to want to change & don’t believe some CD’s are gonna change a person. Does anyone believe in this stuff?

generally speaking, if a person is going to buy self help books and tapes then they are wanting to change or they wouldn’t have bought them.
i know they work because i purchased them ,got rid of phobias and also got motivated to make the changes that i did.
none better than the books and tapes by Paul McKenna.it’s amazing stuff that most people would never be able to think of themselves.
the people who put out the most successful CDs and books also know the most effective techniques that can help speed up change.

We all know cigarettes are bad for us, but how does one quit successfully. Not such an easy answer.
Has anyone attempted using hypnosis to help them stop?

I have heard tales of this being done. If it were possible, that would be cool to know how to do. =P

not possible, all hypnotism is just suggestions. a person chooses whether or not to follow them. That does not mean hypnotism is fake but it does not work the way it does in the movies.
